For Downloading files or anything from OnceHelp go to the link given and then carefully scroll down until you see I'm not a robot CAPTCHA and then click on the captcha and complete captcha and then scroll to the bottom of the page where you can see the continue icon which is in blue color and small in size why I am saying all these means there will be so many continue icons
After clicking on the continue icon it opens an ad in a new tab close the tab and then you will be taken to another page of once help website here scroll down until you see the timer and then wait for the timer to complete and then click on the get link icon which is small and green in color it will open ad again close the ad that's you will be in Download page like Google drive or MediaFire or anything.
